I have one build sheet(came with the car). What are the chances of there being another still hidden. Doing a complete frame off and have the interior out. Where and which seat will another might be in?

Which plant was the car assembled at? Usually they seem to be stuffed in the rear seat springs, but others have been found in the front seats, under the carpet, above the headliner, in the A pillars, stuffed in the dash, behind the door panels, pretty much anywhere a paper could be stuffed they have been found.

My car was assembled in Baltimore during the end of February, 1970. I located mine under the rear seat, and checked my car for a second one, with negative results. The only places I have NOT checked was the headliner and the backs of the bucket seats.

Built in Kansas. No luck in the door panels, under carpet, or anywhere I can see on the seats

Mine was from L.A. - First one I found on top of gas tank, second inside back panel of drivers seat and third one is a hundred pieces between the foam and vinyl of the bottom of the rear seat when I recovered it.

Shep,
You need to re-read Chris' response several times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then go make some copies of the one you have, place the original in a protective plastic sleeve and put it away somewhere safely. When (and if) you sell the car, then provide it to the next owner. :beers:

I found mine when I removed my gas tank. It was stuffed between the tank and body.

I found the build sheet for my Fremont built `67 SS stuffed up in the springs of the passenger side bucket seat.

I found two in the springs of the back seat. One was fully intact and the second was in three or four pieces.

I found one on top of the tank, two under the rear seat (one against the floor and the other inside the springs), one came from inside the door panel, and the last is a carbon copy style that came with original purchasing paperwork when the car was bought. I have checked my bucket seat backs, under dash, and under the front carpet with negative results. I have yet to check my headliner or inner front fender.

My car was made in Van Nuys, Ca. The build sheets are in my link below.
