So I am looking into car covers made specifically for my 69 SS with only a drivers side mirror and a front antenna. I am getting a bunch of crappy companies who don't have mirror pockets at all, or with both. Not just the drivers side. And, I've only found 1 company who would do the antenna sleeve but they want to send me the cover then I have to pop a whole in it, then send it back to them to sew the sleeve in. All for a mear $300! Are they kidding? That much money and I still have to do work on it.
I'm hoping someone has gone through this and give me some help. I just sold my house (thank god) and I got into a nice apartment with a carport on 3 sides. It just dumped 2 inches of rain a few nights ago and the first 10" of the hood got wet from the crappy, cheap cover I have on there now. So, I would need something for the rain in addition to the dust and UV protection. Thanks for any help.

Well thanks Fred. Doesn't look like too many guys worry about car covers here. I just decided to call National Parts Depot where I order 80% of my resto parts and ask them if they had high quality stuff for a 1969 SS. They did. So I got the NOAH 4 for $179. Supposedly made specifically for the 1969 year with mirror pockets and I got the antenna grommet. Has anyone ordered the NOAH 4 from NPD? Thanks.......

I have a weather shield cover and it does not have the pockets for the side mirrors, it does have the antenna grommet that you will have to install your self. I am happy with my cover.
I also have another cover that I put over the weather shield and its a flannel car cover with out side mirror pockets.
I might just get a car blanket and be done with it that way its always clean.

Yes, I also have a Noah cover I purchased from Summit.
I plan to use the Noah mainly indoors and the Cal Cover Superweave outdoors, if I get caught in any rain (which happens a lot here in S. Florida).
I plan to keep the Cal Cover in the trunk while driving and leave the Noah at home to stay dry and clean.
