Looking for F/R OEM shock mounting dimensions for a '70. I'm lowered about an inch + all around. I'm looking at the following catalogs to determine which adjustable shock part number will perform best for my set-up:

http://www.varishock.com/DataSheets/VAS_14XXX_AppsSize_DS_WEB.pdf

Example: The Rancho catalog p.1 wants to know the crosspin & bushing specs. What exactly are they? What would be a NAPA (?) PN for the special crosspin mounting bolts? Then the next step is compression & extension. What's the best way to determine that on an installed suspension? Bumpstop plus a fractional inch? Same distance for extension? Don't want to give those rear springs a chance to drop out. Rear shock center-to-center is 17.5" at rest. Front shocks are tough to measure.
The Rancho 9000 rears are under $100 http://www.calvertracing.com/rancho.html and the Be Cool Trick Click fronts have install and adjustability simplicities http://www.jegs.com/i/Be+Cool+Shocks/133/53020/10002/-1
Current Vehicle Profile: Mostly a street car driven on choppy Midwest roads. Can easily bottom with current Sensa-Tracs.
Thank you.
