So I calculated my compression and it shows about 10.8:1 static and 7.9 dynamic..
What does this mean to mean for performance? I plan on running 94 octane gas!!

It means very good performance.

Will it give an indication of torque range or throttle response?? If so what exactly is it telling me!

It's telling you the cam and compression are well matched. That means the motor, provided everything else matches up, will make excellent power from low speed to high speed. With low DCR, the bottom end torque drops off significantly. The higher it is, within limits, the more torque the engine will make. 7.5 to 8.3 is a good target range. 8.0 is a good medium since detonation is unlikley and the engine will run strong. The difference between 7.9 and 8 is pretty insignificant.
