It's been a while since I have done a update on my project. Car has been at a friends house who does body work (retired body guy). Here's a few pictures of what the car looks like since September. It's now looking more like a car since I delivered the frame post. Almost 3 years into this project. Shooting for a March 09 completion

I got a roll of shrink wrap about 18" wide and rolled it around the frame. It's the same stuff we use to ship with.

Thanks Ray
When I get to this stage, that looks like the way to go, probably a good double or triple wrap will assure nothing will get through. Did you have any problems at all with it.

I made sure that I over laped at least half when I wraped the frame and didn't have any problems puting it on. I'm hoping that it keeps 99 percent of the stuff off the frame. My Body guy also added protection around the motor and covered up anything he felt could get paint on it.

It always feels good when they actually begin to resemble a car instead of just a jumble of loose parts. I have body back on the frame on the wagon project and if the weather would just let up (it's cold!) I could do a lot more work on it. I should have stored it at my house for the winter but I just can't deal with the L79 being in a storage building 5-6 blocks from the house.
