I never seen so many cars at one track in all my life.It opened at noon and closed at 5pm and at 3.30 cars were still backed up in the highway waiting to get in.The track was terrible.I made my 1st pass on the motor leaving on the brake @
3400 rpms and it broke loose bad which resulted
in 1.666 60ft and running a 11.15@ 123mph.A lot
of the cars running in the nines about wrecked.A bunch of cars about wrecked on the top end.I tried
two more runs on the motor which resulted about
the same e.t and 60 ft times.I tried one last run on 150 hp leaving on the brake@3000rpms.The track just couldn't hold it.The 1st 330 wasn't to bad but after that I had to let out of it three times to correct the car which resulted in a sorry 10.84
My 60 ft was pretty good @147 but after that it just blew the tires off it resulting in a scary ride. The 1st pass on the motor blew the tires off leaving the line. That track was a death trap.Once national trails opens I'll get a better chance to see what she'll run.Still think a low ten-a high
nine.Good day! smile.gif

I feel the pain

The last time out, in aug. I was the one that crashed on the top end at our local track

This was my first time back with a new to me car. the track was in bad shape and a lot of cars were having a scary ride with several crashing But they still were lined up all day going for another run

I may take a road trip to a different track for better conditions

Our track is like that all season long. Anything with real HP is scary and the big shows are a joke because the cars can't get down the track and lift after 60'.
