I was wandering if you could give me the timing specs @.050 for the 402A7LUN camshaft so I can play with my Desk Top dyno. Also Do you recommend a dual or single plane intake for this camshaft?. I am running Large valve Oval port heads mild porting and polish, 10.5:1 comp, 2800 BTE stall 400 turbo 4.11 gears, 150 shot plate system nitrous, 3600lbs. Manual brakes. (no vacuum needed) 50/50 street and strip. If you recommend another camshaft, Let me know!! I need to stay with a solid for budget reasons.

Thanks David

Harold stops by here all the time. He has been in Bowling Green, Ky for training a lot lately, that is where Holley's headquarters in based. Be patient and he will see this and get to your question.

i'm wondering that seeing as if he's only running a 11" converter and a relatively heavy car why the 402A3 would not be a better choice? it seems as if it would make more torque in the powerband in which he would operate. i would imagine that motor in a street car with a tight converter, 4.10 gears, 2800 stall and performer rpm air gap would be a torque monster on the street and run mid 11's at the track on a properly setup chassis. mike
