Does anybody know how to remove the rear license plate bracket support? It looks like it is attached to the bumper with 2 thick metal rivets. I don't know how to remove these rivet. I'm not sure if they are pressed in. I would like to re-use the support bracket for a repo bumper.

I had to grind off the rivets. I used bolts to attach it to the new bumper.
