I went over today and purchased some kick panel speakers from OPG and the drivers side with the emergency brake hits the speaker....its not just a little bit in the way....its really in the way..i think i'm going to have to bring them back....they have the Pioneer speakers already installed in them....i can't see any other options

Does the down bar hit or just the pedal? I have seen guys cut the left side of the pedal off flush with the down rod to get clearance. Another option. Remove the E-brake pedal and bend the down bar in an S shape to clear...

i removed the front bolt on the emergency brake assembly and cut a small piece of metal and repositioned the brake over about an inch...its hardly noticible....just clears the speaker now
