They are in Ontario California. I sent it in for a stage 2 rebuild. Anyone have experience with them? If so how was the turnaround time and was it money well spent..

They are good people who turn out a quality product. The best Carb Shop story I can tell you involves a supercharged 468 of mine that they were the second shop that its tuning was entrusted to. This engine left the first shop at 708 peak hp, the same engine left Vrbancic Bros Racing (sister shop owned by the Carb Shop) at 951 hp with only a .3 increase in boost psi. Trust me, these guys know how to set up carbs.

I used them once on a modified Hurst/Olds, for a quadrajet. No complaints here, sent it out, gave them the specs and it came back near perfect.

I had an HEI rebuilt/recurved by them a long time ago and was MORE than happy with the result. I thought I had heard they went out of business a while back. I must be mistaken, I guess.....

Last week I had the Carb Shop install removable idle feed restrictions in the primary metering block of my 670 cfm Street Avenger. They did the work in 1/2 day , but I live in Ontario so I just went down to their shop to have the work done. They definitely know what they are doing concerning carbs. The shop drilled out the existing idle feed restrictions, installed new screw-in restrictions (properly sized for my engine and cam) in new locations on the upper part of the metering block and gave me 6 extra blank brass restricitons for me to experiment with, all for $25. I am a happy camper!
