These pics help alot, however, the glare in some of the pictures make it difficult to tell "for sure" what gets it or not. I know the lights, wipers, lighter and around radio get outlined. However, it is hard to tell if there is just a glare or if other areas are worn, for example: does the area around the vent get outlined? What about around the heater controls and vents? I will mark up your pictures and send you an email if I can get a better different address. Those are the areas I am concerned about. Thanks Malibu70 Nov 1st, 08, 7:03 PM Sorry about the quality of the pictures - they are photos of my dash after it was removed for the first time. Many areas show wear through the factory finish. I believe the heater control area should be all black, except for the raised trim that would be chromed. All the pictures I can find of original dashes show the raised edge chromed while the other surfaces are black. The movable vent housings should be chromed on the outside and black on the inside. The ridged highlights around the vents also are chromed. If I am incorrect about these details, someone please correct this.
