I have a 1969 300 Deluxe 4 door with bench seats and I need to get some repro or at least better original seat covers for the car. The rear seat is in great shape just a stain on it i need to get out, but the front is ripped pretty good and i dont think it can be saved. But my problem is I cannot for a couple years of trying and searching find the correct cloth pattern for it. It is the vinyl cloth combo with the textured design on it. I have the lighter shade of blue and i can find the same color frequently but nothing resembling the texture, only the cloth part is torn the rest is imaculate, the whole car doesnt even have 50k on it. I really would like to get the seats back in one piece, anyone have a clue on where to look for this odd seat cover? Thanks any help is appreciated.

www.smsautofabrics.com (http://www.smsautofabrics.com). If anyone would have it they would. Pricey though. They sell only the fabric. You would have to have your upholsterer do the repair work. Your best bet would probably be to send them a small sample if you can to see if they have a match.

Von is right, SMS in Oregon. I recently contacted them for the black cloth for a 69 300 Deluxe and they have it at $85 a Sq. Yd.
Don't know about the blue cloth though. If you find they have it, post the info here. I have another car that has the blue cloth also.

We got the black embossed vinyl to replace the torn panel in our front seat, from SMS. I doubt that anyone can tell which panel was replaced. Still standing up after about 9 years. http://www.chevelles.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=12384&d=1203773834
