Anthony,

With the 9.5-10:1 CR and the 3.55s, I would use the Lunati 302A7LUN, 280/288 at seat, 223/231 at .050, .525/.550 valve lift, and 112 LSA, however, if you want a little more lope, etc, order it on a 110 LSA. These jobber at about $163.99. Earlier, there was a thread here with a 280/288H12 in a 454, with real dyno numbers---491 BHP at 5700, 538 ftlbs at 3800... Search under BB280/288H12...
The 302A8LUN, my 288/296H10, needs more than a 3.55 in a 406(!) BBC.

Sorry about that.....

Use the 402A3LUN, 276/284 at .020, 243/251 at .050, .586/.600 valve lift, and 110 LSA. Several people on this board have them, most in 454s/468s. This cam will have a little rougher idle in a 402. Do a search under 276/284F10.....
