i have a new set of iron eagle 215cc heads that have a multi-angle valve seat out-of-the-box.i also have a new set of manley valves(racemaster exhaust and severe duty intakes).do i need to have the valves ground to match the valve seat angles on the cylinder heads? will they grind all 5 angles on the valves or should i just go with a 3-angle for limited street duty? lastly, what is the average cost to do this? thanks.i'm a little dull on this subject!

No.
The 5 or whatever angle valve job is what they do to the head.
The valve itself will have the seat angle (normally 45 degrees) & a backcut of 25-35 degrees usually 30.
The valve will not come with the backcut & on Manleys all that can be done is to just break the edge with a 30 degree cut as the seat is very narrow when new.
The dart should have a multi angle intake on the head & the exhaust should be 35/45 & a full radius off the bottom of the seat
