No mention of specifics, matching numbers, body tag info, buildsheet, or anything important. Formerly owned and restored by a "local Classic Car owner"? That pretty much describes everyone I know with a Chevelle and a garage, LOL. I doubt he knows much about the car seeing as how he doesn't even change his own oil. I don't think bids would reach $18K with that type of info, and that's if he started out around $10K. Too bad, because it looks like a nice cruiser.
