He should keep it, it matches his house.

Pretty vague description.

One of 621 with G67 Shock absorber Level Control (not that it adds any value, but a rare oddity)

At least I know that if not what engine, Tranny or rear end's in the car.

Nice car but he should have started the bidding lower than at 31K:clonk:I always start my bidding at $1.00 then watch the frenzy.

Seems like a lot of dough to ask for a car with a "sound engine" and a leaking transmission. No mention of specifics, matching numbers, body tag info, buildsheet, or anything important. Formerly owned and restored by a "local Classic Car owner"? That pretty much describes everyone I know with a Chevelle and a garage, LOL. I doubt he knows much about the car seeing as how he doesn't even change his own oil. I don't think bids would reach $18K with that type of info, and that's if he started out around $10K. Too bad, because it looks like a nice cruiser.

Offer 31k and a dollar and I bet you own it. Why have an auction when the starting bid would be excess of 90% of the buy it now price.

Not a good time to be selling a convertible. Especially when it is priced high to start the auction. Needs pics of the trunk, undercarriage etc.
