I purchased a 2 bolt 454 with 049 heads. It turns out that the crank is broken and both #7 & 8 pistons were banging on the head pretty bad. I'm aching to find out if the heads are damaged! There is white crusts on the #8 exhaust ports. Is it very likely for the heads to be cracked? Cross your fingers for me...If only machine shops were open on Sundays
