My 66 has what appear to be very original manual four wheel drum brakes. A couple of them may still work from time to time.
I would like to upgrade but want to stay with manual brakes.
Can anyone guide me through possible choices?
A simple manual dual master cylinder upgrade. Which master cylinder, and do I need a proportioning valve with four drums?
A manual front disc upgrade? This seems the best way to go, but most of the kits I see have boosters.
Or should I bite the bullet and just put on a complete matching front disc conversion?
Thanks.
