15 seconds seemed like eternity to wait between searches, now it's 25??? Why's that?

If I click on someones name and then choose "find all posts by", about half the time it gives me a result of "no results, try another search term". So I go back, try it all over again, then get the "you gotta wait 25 seconds" thing, so go back, sit here and wait for 25 seconds, click on "find all posts by" again, and then it brings up their posts like it should. It really was sucking up a lot of resources to search over a million posts. The server was having a tough time. As a suggestion, would be nice to have the 30 sec wait for guests and non Team-Members, but a 0 or 15 sec wait for Team Members!
