I got the heads off on the 400 I have and without measuring it looks great. The ridge you normally see is minimal at best. What is the least I can get for oversize pistons?

The smallest oversize pistons I saw was .020".

BUT don't buy pistons until it's bored OR checked over for amount needed to clean it up REAL CLOSE b/c you may have one cylinder that won't clean up at .020" over...

Dave,
You can get any size you want as long as you dont mind paying a little extra. All of the major manufacturers will make .010's 0015's etc if that's what you want. Most of the shelf stock pistons start at .030 The stock replacement ones are available .020
Hope this helps,

Thanks guys, I thought if I kept bore to a minimum it would save a little for the future.

I've seen them for a 0.005" overbore (4.130").
