I have a 454, Oval heads, Crane Solid cam 240 @ .050, .570 lift, Air Gap intake Holley 850. I have been running 150 shot of Nitrous through it all summer no problems at all. The Nitrous Works kit I got goes up too a 200 shot. Which I tried with a single plane , The motor and myself really liked it, but I don't want to give up my RPM Intake for daily driving. Now the question IF I run a 1/2" spacer between the Intake and N2O plate and cut the divider down a little more would I be safe to run a 200 shot on the Dual Plane intake. Thanks David

You should be ok. I have a 540 with an rpm intake and a 750 demon and a 600 lift solid roller. My engine builder told me to keep the n20 under 200 but I believe that was because it was not ringed for more.

nobody can tell you the answer for sure - you gotta test it. start small and put all new plugs in before a run and see what the distribution between cylinders is. you will see problems with the small jets without hurting it.
