Here is our team members car in a heads up race with a big turbo car. The yellow car is his. He went on to break the tracks drag radial record with a 5.36 @ 122 mph.

Update... After a look at the car in the daylight, we find lots of broken stuff.

Headers are toast
Manual steering rack is shoved into the oil pan
electric fans torn off of the radiator
one inner fender is gone

Dayum...$1000 wheelie

Ouch! - that was expensive, looked cool though.

BTW: That track doesn't have much for a shutdown area does it? :eek:

All I have to say is wicked!!!! I am not too sure your talking about a 1,000.00. I would say a wee bit more than that if you need to replace parts with new ones.
