I was thinking about putting the "repro" '71-'72 painted bullet mirrors on my '70, but them I realized, they don't offer a passenger-side version...

Anyone have any other mirrors (painted) they put on a '70-72?

I searched, and found info, but those with pictures and make/model/year were not 70-72 (like later Buick mirrors on a '69, etc)...

Doesn't have to be "original", but I want something that will look "stock" (but sporty)...

Pictures would be GREAT...

Thanks

I've seen them sell resonable on ebay. You have to keep checking to find them. The reason their resonable is they weren't offered in 70 and a option on 71&72's. I haven't looked for them in a while though.

I found these at a swap meet for $15.00 a few years back. I had to change the angle on the mounting bracket about 12 degrees. I wouldn't go much more than that because it will cause problems with the mounting bolts & bracket.
I have no idea what they are off of but I believe it is some sort of G.M. product. (I know that doesn't help you) The LH isa remote & the RH is manual. The mounding surface is darn near horozontal as opposed to camaro mirrors, Camaro are about a 45 degree angle.
Not the best pic but all I have.

those could be from a montecarlo. My buddy had a 80 monte and his "sport mirrors" looked just like my 80 camaro's bullet mirrors, but the stems were much longer and the mounting angle was different.
