working on a 71 chevelle that some one restored. trying to fix a bunch of wiring problems got all but the tach. the last preson cut all the connectors off under the hood. found 9 wires in the area for the tach but not sure what one is the tach feed wire.:(

It's brown and comes through a grommet in the firewall not the bulkhead connector
