this shows its from 68-69 nova, chevelle, camaro 396/375hp. it has been repaired around the bolt holes that attach to the head in the center. i used it with aftermarket heads and those holes are not used. i am going with oval port heads. what is it worth?

The value depends a lot on the date codes. These intakes were sold over the counter for several years. The later dated ones don't sell for as much. The repairs will also affect the value. If it is one of the earlier dated intakes, I would say is is worth about $250 because of the repairs. Without having been repaired, it would be worth $400 or more.
