I searched this here a TC and found out I might have missed the boat. Anyone know if someone started to manufacture this part or where I might be able to get one. I've seen some outrageous prices for the ones available.:eek:

I noticed that Bill. They are long gone (Like 15 minutes after that infor was out) I went by there and checked just the same. I happened to locate my old one. Worked on it for about an hour and got things back into shape. Glad I found it too. Was looking around the net today and found a couple of them (Original style). One was $179.00 and the other was $238.00 :eek:

Not much time and already at $41. This one is the correct 72 with the plastic mounting.

I recently bought one from "The Last Detail Corvette Parts". The '72 Chevelle shared the same horn relay as the '72 -'73 Corvette. It's a correct looking repro & it's $47.

They responded to my e-mail inquiry about the relay the same day. Super fast shipping.

BTW, I was later able to fix my original horn relay. I removed the cover and discovered one of the tiny coil wires had corroded through. I carefully cut and stripped it, then resoldered it. Works fine, kept it as a backup.
