i just put in a new printed circut board in my 70 chevelle ss with gauges now the tech does not work stays on zero it worked before with the old board i matched old board with new board it looked the same i checked the plug going into back of cluster it is tight and no loose wires what do you think ?

I'm assuming you meant the tachometer. If so, do the lights work in the gauge? did anything change at the coil? Maybe the end broke off the coil terminal?

And did you have the tach in the cluster before trying this? If not, there are some guys on here that know more about changing clusters with idiot lights to the tach cluster. There is add'l work to be done. IMHO, good luck......

i fixed the tach the terimal on the tach going to printed circut board was loose I tightened it and now tach works was an over site on my part
