I hate to even ask this question because i know some people get upset about guys like me who won't buy a Desktop dyno program but i just can't justify it. Can anyonre plug in my info and give me an estimate of my HP and TQ?

I have a 327 bored 0.030 over to 331. I run flat-tops with 4 valve reliefs. They are 0.045 in the hole and i run a 0.015 head gasket for a 0.060 quench. I also run 062 vortec 1.94/1.50 ported heads with an edelbrock aluminum performer intake manifold. I use a Holley 650 VS carberator woth 70 jetsup front and 69's in back.

The cam is a Lunati 06109 street/strip cam with 272/284 advertised and 216/228 @0.050 with 0.454/0.480 lift. The intake opens at 01BTC and closes at 35ATC. The exhaust timing is 51 BBC and 3 ATC.

I run a stock HEI and fuel pump and a 200-4R 4 speed automatic overdrive with a basically stock stall converter and 12 bolt posi with 331 gears and P235/75R15 radials.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping for 325-350 HP and similar TQ numbers.

I forgot to say they are vortec heads with z28/lt1 springs.

If tuned correctly I'd guess an easy 350hp at around 6000 rpm. I'd guess your static compression ratio to be around 9.0-1. My Son's 331 ended up at 10-1 with 61cc chambers, zero piston to deck, two v relief flattops, and .045 gasket.

Onofakind67,

Thanks for running the numbers for me. Does the brake HP equate to rear wheel horsepower or flywheel horsepower? If so, I've read that you can loose from 10-20% through the drivetrain. This would equate to 330-360 flywheel horsepower. Am I on the right track here? I also forgot to give you the centerline specs on the cam. They are 107 intake centerline and 112 lobe separation. I also forgot to mention that I use headers and duals.

Brake HP = flywheel HP (as measured with a "water brake", which is what engine dynos typically use, it's kind of like a torque converter)

That's flywheel hp in the graph, rwhp would be about 80% of that. My analyzer will spec the lobe centers if it's given the opening and closing points of the lobes, so I had the 107 and 117 in the mix.

I thought it was unusual to list the tire size and not any information about the exhaust system. Smokey Yunick called the exhaust system the 'third leg' of his power triangle. I put a set of log manifolds and a factory exhaust system on your car to keep the exhaust gases from burning the paint off your fenderwells. Since you subsequently disclosed that you have 'headers' and 'duals' I put some generic headers on your engine with a nice dual exhaust.
