What I thought was the original (but rusty) gas cap on my '70 looks like this:

Same looking unit as 3931449 at gmpartsdirect. The Paddock's version #3931449 words look debossed and it has the "S" rivet. While the top unit fits like a glove on my original tank, GU unit is quite tight to turn. Which of these is correct?
