Haven't compared prices in a while, but these guys are usually really competitive:

The ZZ is listed as an option under the 454 HO and it's $5,695. Downside is they're in TX so you'd have to pay sales tax, but if you picked it up you could save shipping. I've been to the shop - they are really nice, knowledgeable guys. Good luck!

To my understanding, this is the same GM crate motor everyone sells - quality is the same. Autocenter actually works out of the same shop as StrokerMotors.com a/k/a Dallas Export Sales: http://www.dallasexportsales.com/
They build primo stroker motors. It's basically a 1-man operation (with folks to answer the phones and such). I talked to the builder and he took about a half hour or so to show me around the shop and explain how they build everything. I really like their 496 stroker, but it is a few more $$ than the ZZ454 - tough choice.
