from Ike here in San Antonio. I really feel for those unfortunate souls in the Houston and Galveston area, too early to assess the damage but it really ripped things up:(

The damn storm also delayed my trans work by at least a week! Now it will be at least two weeks until I get back to the track. Oh well, at least I still have my life and my stuff and I'll take the down time for destruction any day!!

Glad you and the wife are ok. Tammy and I were just talking about you and wondering if you were ok and if Ike hit where you were very hard?

Glad to hear you are safe Mark.

I just got back into civilization last night and saw the news of "Ike" and wondered how close that was to you.

Hardly even got a breeze today.
I went to Peurto Rico on Monday and returned last night.
While I was there I realized that Cuba got hit by all 3 hurricanes, and I was also told that 361 were killed by Ike. That is quite a few people regardless of country of origin.

My sister's former stepson was in Houston and was evacuated. He is there for his LDS mission. Told my sis that I would go have lunch or supper with him if he came into San Antonio (despite his choice of religion).

I'm off to Columbia SC on Wednesday-----wonder what kind of interesting weather I will run into there??

Hey Mark-----If ya get a chance, drop by that body shop on Rigsby and check out my Elky-----got 99% of the cancer fixed and am checking some color on the front.

Bryan,

May stop by this week, I'd love to see it. Got to run to Fort Worth and drop my TKO off this week too.

If you're in Columbia, you might run into Big James4XL. His El Camino is awesome and he's good people. I think they go to Fudruckers sometimes.
