Hey guys, I am collection parts to build my 377 destroker for my twin-turbo motor. 4.145" bore x 3.48" or 3.50" stroke.

So, now I need to source an aftermarket 3.48" or 3.50" crankshaft w/400 mains.

So, does anyone know of an aftermarket forged 3.48"/3.50" stroke crankshaft w/400 mains in the $500 range?

Thanks guys!!

EDIT: Changed the stroke I needed, thanks guys.

I'd go to your nearest gm dealer, and get a gmpp catalog. They even have raw forgings you can have ground to just about any thing you want. As much money and effort that you will have in your twin tubo set up, I would not want to fill the bottom end up with chinese parts. Just my opinion.

Try Crower, Hank the Crank (HTC), Lunati's to name a few..

Be sure to get a 1.55 pin height piston which will give you 9.025 (1/2 stroke (1.625")+ rod (5.850") + pin height (1.550")). Many (most) aftermarket forged 350 pistons have this pin height. Using the 1.560 OEM pin height will push the piston above the deck. In other words, don't plan on decking the block unless you use thicker than usual gaskets.

I'll be using those head gaskets that the other turbo guys use, Cometic. They are at least 0.039" thick and come in a bunch of different sizes.

Purchase a std dished 350 piston, mock assemble and check you deck height.
If I were closer I would sell ya the piston and mill the .010 for free.

Here is a superlight 4340 forged steel crank (http://www.cnc-motorsports.com/product.asp?ProdID=10645&CtgID=10596) from Scat, and here is a standard weight 4340 forged steel crank (http://www.cnc-motorsports.com/product.asp?ProdID=10607&CtgID=10594) also from Scat. They've got one in between as well. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
