My Holley 3310VS has a manual choke and when I had the engine dyno the guy put a zip tie to keep the choke open. Since installing the engine into the car I have left the zip tie in place, however she is kinda hard to start after sitting overnight. I have to really pump the gas and give it a few turn before she will start. My carb setting is good I have light tan on the porcelin and strap with full color on the base ring. If only I can get her to run as smooth upon initial startup as she run when she reach 180*. I think my other option will be to install a electric choke or run the manual choke inside the car, but is their a way where I can use a piece of wire and set her to perform good through all temperature ranges?

No. The whole point of the choke is that you need a richer mixture (and faster idle) when the engine is cold. Therefore, there is no way to lock the choke and still have the engine run right.

Electric choke kits are cheap and easy for that Holley. You want the INTERNAL vacuum unit.
