I am looking for some aftermarket small block heads with about 170cc runners, 1.94/1.50 valves and about 69cc chambers and am having no real luck. Can anyone tell me of some availability of something in that neighborhood? This is for a daily driver in my 78 1/2 ton K10.

the closest i know of right off hand are world products 67cc aftermarket iron heads, available from jegs, summitt, etc. the valves are the right size, and i think so are the runners. they are right at $400 each, assembled.

hmm. .stock vortecs seem to fit what you want, but with smaller chambers- which is a good thing, since the vortec combustion chamber is more efficient and they like higher static compression ratios.
