Both of you said you have used Crower's hd roller part # 01405LM cam in your 502's. (.612/.636 lift)
My question is,did you use Crower's springs and retainers?
They are giving me part# 87063M-16 as the correct retainer but this retainer is listed as fitting a 3/8" valve stem. I have a GenVI motor with the "siginitue series" aluminum heads. I am pretty sure my valves have 11/32" stems.
Do you guys have the same heads and if so, what retainers did you use?
Thanks

They also gave me the wrong numbers! They are 11/32 valves. Also, I have my 01405LM and new never used springs. BTW, I had to go shorter push rods to get the correct geometry with that cam. Email me if interested.

Lee,
Do you remember what springs, lifters and rocker arms you used? Was the geometry problem related to some other "non-stock" component?
Crower advised me to use stock lifters and pushrods. Cam, springs and retainers is all I need according to them.
