I have a 71 chevelle that iam wanting to put a 12bolt rear end in.My question is, is there any stock rear ends out there that will work with minor mods.

Welcome to the site........Any Chevelle 12 bolt from 65-72 will bolt in with no modifications but the 65-67 are 1" narrower overall. Others from full size and Nova/Camaro's will take lots of work/$$ to fit. There's a lot of information about 12 bolt rear ends here at TC just use search from the menu above..........

The F bodies won't work since they don't have the ears for the upper trailing arms. Besides that, think 12 bolt chevelle rears are pricey...F body 12 bolts are double.
