for those of you that have parachutes on your cars,
how is it mounted and what would you do different if it was to be done again?
any photos showing your mounts?
does your mount meet racing regulations?

As far as I know there aren't any requirements for installing a chute. Just over 150mph and it's required. I would set it up that the chute pack mount is removable. I had the anchor point on my car for a little while but I'm not going fast enough to need it so I cut it off.

I have mounted them behind the license plate, on cars that had cells in the trunk.

The opening shock on a round can be excessive, make sure to have it mounted secure. I'm only speaking from strapping a chute on my back a couple hundred times. Also a chute that opens poorly can lift the back end of the car.
