On the pump body the fitting that is on the pump that the high pressure line screws into is leaking. Its made into the body ain't it? Can it be repaired or does the pump have to be replaced?

If that is the one that has a large hex behind the fitting, there should be an O ring seal behind the hex. Be careful when you take it apart, because the relief valve for the system is contained by the large hex and you need to get the parts back together in the proper order.

Yes it is the one with big hex. So it can be repaired maybe. I bet you can't buy just that o-ring or can ya? Will a generic one work if it's close?

Harbor Freight sells a low buck general purpose "O" ring assortment.

Dont use the cheap o rings get a viton o ring for it.
And its very easy to rebuild it.
