SebJr Sep 8th, 08, 8:18 AM You know how Brady got his start??
An injury to Bledsoe  ;)
MalibuSeaS Sep 8th, 08, 8:42 AM I heard that they might be looking to sign Simms for QB. Maybe he can take them to the SB (he's from NJ).
mmurphy77 Sep 8th, 08, 9:12 AM Maybe Cassell is the new Brady (looks like he's not going to have a choice).
1971 Chevelle Sep 8th, 08, 12:13 PM I was hoping to see him play against the Steelers.:(
MEJ1990TM Sep 8th, 08, 1:24 PM please not another football thread
May as well get used to it.

They still won the game. One never knows what can happen. After all there are a lot of other players that helped get them the near perfect season last year! Maybe they won't win every game but you can't count them out yet!:noway:
Andy69 Sep 8th, 08, 2:29 PM The Badgers manhandled Marshall on Saturday

Thanks Johnny...... I feel better now :D...... you couldn't sense the sarcasm?? ;)
The Badgers manhandled Marshall on Saturday
As did the Sundevils to Stanford:yes:.....with UNLV, Georgia, @ Cal @USC and home to Oregon the next five games... we'll see what they're made of.:beers:
kevin d Sep 8th, 08, 3:11 PM Cassell handled it well. Nothing like coming into a game on your own 2 yard line and taking the team 98 yards for a score.
I'd like to see Simms get on board also. He was really starting to impress everyone when he got hurt a couple of years ago.
Don't base a season off the first game. Indy and San Diego lost and the Jets won. I don't think much of that is going to happen to any of those teams this year........
SebJr Sep 8th, 08, 3:19 PM Cassell handled it well. Nothing like coming into a game on your own 2 yard line and taking the team 98 yards for a score.
.......
The 3rd down 51 yd pass to Moss out of the endzone was a great throw:yes:

I agree with Johnny. With Moss to pass to, even I'd look good in the pocket!
1971 Chevelle Sep 8th, 08, 5:16 PM Maybe they could borrow a QB from the Steelers, they have a couple good ones.
