I've just recently dropped my front end 3'' and now I'm having some tire clearance issues. I've read that replacing the body mount bushings with new ones can sometimes give you another1/2'' or so over the old wornout ones I'd like to use some solid aluminum ones but all I can find are stock rubber or poly ones. any body know who makes them?

I used to rebuild a lot of jeeps and we used hockey pucks to make a solid body bushing. They are slightly taller tahan a stock bushing, just drill a hole in the center and contour the outer edge to your liking. The plus side is they are somewhat pliable and they are cheap.. a couple bucks a piece.

Poly are "almost" solid. They won't squash much.
