I have always wanted a 66 vert,but never could find one that I could afford and the ones that I could afford were rust buckets, but yesterday I finally found one that fits my bill perfectly. It has been in a shop for many years in storage. There is not ONE spot of rust on the whole car, all original sheet metal, the top is in poor shape, but the bows are great shape. The frame is very clean [NO RUST]. I can't wait to start the restoration, but I have to finish a 66 coupe first. Thanks for listening to me brag about my find, I just cannot believe I got that lucky.:hurray:
