DAMN sure would like to make it, but gotta bass tournament at Pickwick saturday. If my wife finds out we missed a trip to Tunica then my fishin days might be numbered. :noway:

I sold my 295ProElite with a 200 (3mpg with 35 gallon tank=Do the math) to fund my car. I figured I could not loose, better gas milage and not going down in value. I heard they were biting in Yellow Creek on char/green lizards carolina rigged. Sorry you can't make it.

bass have been hitting gold shiners on Lake Guntersville. fishermen have been bringing them in from Florida and the bait shops are now stocking them. the shiners can swim into the weeds to hide and get nailed by the bass, carp, stripers and even catfish. i'm going to try to bring my 66 Elky over for the cruisin by 10am tomorrow. takes about 4 hours to get there.

I want to go, but I might beg off this year. I wouldn't be entering anyway. I've got to choose between a 50 mile ride, Cooper/Young Festival, or DRC - I can only do two.

Maybe if we crap out at the festival early we'll head down.
