I had to get a new float adjusting nut/screw/washers kit for this carb. The kit consists of the previously mentioned along w/a small o-ring. Anybody have an idea where this o-ring goes? I suspect it goes on the needle and seat, but the new needle and seat has a new one on there.

well now you have an extra..........make sure you be carefulputingin the needle and seat.....be to rough with it will tear the o-ring .....i use just a dab of vasoline........

are you sure its not for the fuel line on a vaccum secondary carb? sometimes the lil fingers that assemble those kits forget a part and sometimes they add a part ..
