I was wondering if the frame from a 67 chevelle 4 door is the same as my 2 door hard top?Im thinking about buying a 4 door parts car and the frame looks to be in better shape than mine. Thanks Tom.

No,
the 4dr has a longer wheelbase so there for the middle section of the frame is longer then the 2dr.

Not in 67 --- (edit---mark posted before I did)

64-67 frames were interchangeble between 4-dr and 2 dr.

68 is when the wheelbase for shorter for the 2-dr cars

64-67 passenger cars will interchange----(convert is by itself {boxed frame})
64-67 Wagon (frame extended behind rear axel)
64-67 Elky----(boxed frame)(extended behind rear axel)

And for what it is worth-----I could find no difference in the frames of my 66 and a 67 parts car Elky frames at all------passenger cars should likewise be the same

All 1964 - 1967 Chevelle Frames used for 2 Doors and 4 Doors are the same. The Station Wagon Frames are longer behind the rear wheels. Convertible and El Camino Frames are boxed. Convertible Frames have the same dimensions as the 2 Doors and 4 Doors. Station Wagon and El Camino Frames share the same dimensions. The difference is that the El Camino and Convertible Frames are boxed.
Bryan is correct. Starting in 1968, the 2 Door Frames were exclusive. The 4 Door and Station Wagon Frames Interchanged.
I also have a perfect 64 Frame from a Georgia Chevelle if interested.
