Hey, I'm new here. I'm 15 from Quebec, Canada. I've always loved Chevelles and I'm now saving up for one as a first car!
My only big problem is whether I should drive it in the winter?

Haha. Well all I got in todays standards are rice rockets =[.
After talking to my dad (hes owned several muscle cars, was a dealer for 20 years) he thinks that I should get a Chevelle as an everyday car, store it in our garage in the winter and buy a 600$ crap winter car with heat and winter tires.
Sounds like a good idea to me!

Thats why they make ricers. If you bounce one off a snow bank, You just get another one....

Exactly... I would find that fun, a **** car to just cruise around it, praying it doesn't break down!

Hello and welcome Andy. Glad to see there are some teens that like the cars from the 60s and 70s.
Driving a chevelle in the snow is something we used to do out of necessity.
I'm sure there were many chevelles that have been wrecked and/or totaled because of winter accidents.
I wouldn't do it now.
Good luck.
