I was wondering how hard it i sor if its is even a good idea to rebuild heads by myself. I consider myself a pretty decent mechanic but i am just wondering.

The assembly and disassembly is a pretty easy process, are you talking about the machine work? Really just need a valve spring compressor and some tools, after the machine work was all done i put my heads together myself.
