Hi all,
I am installing power windows in my 65 Chevelle and I found the dimple on the door where the wiring loom runs out but I cannot find the dimple on the body. I have felt up the door jambs more than I did Mary Ann after the high school prom dance and I can't find anything. ;) After I drilled the door I stuck a marker in the hole to see where the hole comes out and it looks like it's in line with the area under the fender. I thought it would be around where the door jamb switches or the VIN plate area but no dice. Does anyone have any pics of where the loom goes into the body? That would help a ton. Thanks in advance.

The dimple is in the side of the cowl on my 66
Can see it with the fenders off
If no one can post a pic----perhaps I can Monday when I go bac to work on
the car some more

Did you buy the rubber conduit for this-----what size are the holes in the body and door?? In NPD catalog it appears the the door and the cowl have different size holes.

But it might not be the same for a 64/5--------Ground up does not have the conduit.

Hi, I did not buy the conduit for it. No one seemed to have it last time I looked for it so I was just gonna use a generic kit from the localcar audio store.

Thanks for the info. Per the picture on the catalog it looks like it's a straight shot across. Kinda pricey though. I think I can make do with grommets and generic loom. It's gonna be a pain making the hole in the door jamb though. Looks like I may have to take off the fender for access.
