i am considering opening a classic car restoration shop... i am currently in the process of writing a business plan and pitching it to potential investors.

my question is, does anyone have any complaints about shops they have been too in the past; also do you have any suggestions on how to make my shop better than the rest?

You might get more responses if you post this in the Bench Racing Forum. Not many check this forum regularly, I don't think, and it's really set-up for the administrators who operate this website to get feedback from users on things that may need changed or improved.
