The first was 26x30 with ten foot side walls. The second (the one I currently own) is 72x30 with a ten foot side wall. In both cases I built as big as I could for the lots they are on and both times, the first thing I thought was " Man I wish I would have built it bigger". Good luck, have fun and GO BIGGER!
