I really don't want a radiator from eBay, but I also have a hard time justifying $500 for an Alumitech or similar. I was searching Summit's site and I found this:

Has anyone here used this? I've read on another site it has 2 x 1" tubes. I’m not completely concerned about perfect, original style fitment; but if I can get it in there than great (the one in the link may be too big, I know… they have several sizes, I just picked one real quick to link to). I planned on running a separate trans cooler anyway, so its not an issue to me that it doesn’t have one integrated.

I have one in my 65 and love it. I have had absolutely no problems from it, and cooling is not an issue. It is 105+ here routinely in the summer and I run an A/C system with flex fan (not the best) and have no over heating issues at all.

I run a Howe radiator similar to the Griffin-mine is 27.5x18 with a 24.4x16 core-fits well with custom mounts and a Spal twin 11 fan fills the whole core.
It was 115 degree's here last week and I ran a cool 190 alll day in my 64 ss even going up a steep dirt road in second gear
Radiator and fan=398$

I have this radiator and it has worked great. I've been from nitrous BBC to SBC with several dragstrip passes, and thousands of cruise miles with absolutely no cooling problems.
