After my air cleaner hit the hood and snapped the stud off in the center of the carb, I went solid. No problems. Dragn70 Jun 27th, 04, 5:38 PM I ran solid mounts on my 68 street car when I was in high school and I never noticed the added shake, riding on black seats and no a/c did not bother me then either.
